Its products have smooth edge,small kerf width and little heat effect.Cut the shape of Circle, Triangle, Octagonal etc. on metal sheet or round/square/rectangular tube. The machine working area can be made as customer requirements and now the laser power can be installed 300w 500w 1Kw,2Kw(That will be decided by the customer processing material thickness)I think there must be one model suitable your requirements.

Fiber laser is only used to process on metal like Stainless Steel,Carbon/Mild Steel,Galvanized Steel etc.No-metal is not ok.

2. How much thinkness shall we cut?

Cutting thickness is related to laser power

300w:2mm stainless steel,3mm carbon steel

500w:3mm stainless steel,6mm carbon steel

1000w:6mm stainless steel,14mm carbon steel

Attention only 1kw and the above could process on Aluminum,Copper,Brass and other high reflection sheet metal

3. What’s the brand of laser source?

Under 1KW:Raycs made in China or IPG made in Germany

Above 1KW:Rofin or Ipg made in Germany

4. What’s the guarantee,in case the machine breaks down?

The whole machine has 2 years guarantee.

If it breaks down,generally speaking our technician will figure out what the problem is according to clients feedback.

Parts except consumable will be replaced for free if the machines are caused by quality fault

5. What’s the trade term?

FOB/CNF/CIF any one is ok.

6. What’s the payment term?

30% as deposit,70% balance before shipping by Ali insurance or T/T is prefer.

7. How about the documents after shipping?
